Crispy Lace "Baked" Potato
Potatoes truly have no limits...
The Crispy Lace Potatoes are back at it again! I’ve had over 500+ comments (and counting) across my socials requesting a fully loaded, cheese-filled variation, so here we go.
The basic idea is the same: spiralized potatoes, double-fried to perfection, enjoyed with a dipping sauce of sorts. But figuring out how to fill them with cheese in a way that actually works was the real challenge. Enter the cheddar mornay to save the day. It essentially brings this entire theoretical dish to life and can be adapted with all sorts of different cheeses for dynamic flavors, as long as you follow a few basic emulsion rules.
Just imagine all the different ways you can prepare these crispy lace potatoes—there’s honestly no end in sight. I may have one or two more variations of this recipe to share, and the rest will be up to all of you. If you dare. lol.
The secret to these is in the mornay, so let’s prep it out…
