The salads I make on repeat always have one thing in common: they’re packed with crispy crunchy toppings & flavor packed dressings. Not “a few croutons tossed on top” crunchy, but layered-with-texture crunchy—the kind of salad that keeps every bite interesting and leaves you genuinely satisfied.

This hummus crunch salad checks every box. Crisp greens are piled high with golden roasted chickpeas, crispy quinoa, and a shower of fried shallots that add a savory sweetness to every forkful. Instead of a traditional Caesar dressing, everything gets tossed in a creamy Caesar hummus dressing that’s rich, tangy, garlicky, and packed with flavor.
