Let’s be honest, a steak like this doesn’t need much — just a hot grill, a good sear, and a little patience while the fat renders into something buttery and deeply savory. On the other side, the orzo takes on a completely different energy: creamy, lush, and built on flavor packed roasted tomatoes that collapse into an herb filled orz pasta until everything becomes silky and slightly sweet at the edges.

Together, they do what the best meals always do — balance each other. The Wagyu brings intensity and depth, while the orzo softens everything into comfort. It can be quite indulgent, but grounded in familiar flavors that never feel too complicated or overworked.

This is the kind of recipe that asks for attention more than effort. A good pan, a steady flame, and the willingness to let simple ingredients do something a little special while you relax a little into the process.
